One of my favorite holiday specials of all time is "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown." In it, Linus gets his holidays confused, and Santa Claus is replaced with a giant pumpkin that rises in the pumpkin patch. It's based on some classic Penuts strips, where the Great Pumpkin was a recurring theme.
So, imagine my confusion when I woke up to Christmas Music. KOSY 106.5 has started their 24/7 Christmas music on Halloween Day this Year. I'll need to find a new station to wake up to for the next couple of weeks, at least.
