2nd-hand smoke

Over on the Senate Site, Mike Waddoups (dist 6) has a post about his Second-hand smoke bill.

However, it misses the mark.

It only addresses the smoke in Private Clubs. In order to inhale the smoke in those clubs, you must choose to go into them. If the private clubs wish to be smoke-free, they can do it (it's called property rights).

However, I don't want to have to walk down Main Street or through Gateway and have to inhale people's smoke. Also, let's tighten restrictions to the 25-foot from enterances rule.
