It'll never happen. Why would Senate Lifer Orrin go for what amounts to a temp job as AG when he is a shoe-in senator for the NEXT 20 years? Besides, he can do more damage as a senator.
And the partisan talking heads are saying that BOTH sides want somebody with a life-long track record of trial work - pretty much gets Hatch off the hook right there.
