This is more than a short fuse. The officer was way out of line in his use of force. His first mistake was pulling over an out of state vehicle for no other reason than being out of state. Then, having no legal backing for his actions, he could not properly answer questions as to why he had detained these people. When the man refused to sign the unwarranted situation, the officer overreacted physically to compensate for his lack of legal justification. He should not be trusted with protecting the public when he is clearly a threat to their safety.

I would like to donate some dinero to help this guy and his wife for any legal bills because of this psycho UHP Trooper. Glad someone at HQ released the video to YouTube. The trooper needs to attend anger management or maybe give up his cruiser for the wheel of a garbage truck.Thanks for the post. The Trib also had an article about the incident in today's edition.
