Jessica's law passes house, Gayle Ruzika sleeps thought it

The House just unanimously passed HB 256, otherwise known as Jessica's Law. It deals in issues of Child Abuse.

Unfortunately, Gayle Ruzika from the Eagle Forum missed it. She was taking a nap...
