Rep Frank -- skirting the truth

On his blog, Rep Craig Frank says that HB 75 doesn't take away "rec centers, parks, or other goods or services provided by local government."

He even posts a video of him talking about it.



And, he's right about HB 75.

However, HB 76, also sponsored by Frank, seeks to do exactly that.

So, by talking about one bill while constituents talk about another bill, Rep Frank is skirting the truth.
