Many Universities sponsor a series of lectures intitled "Last Lectures." The person who is giving the lecture is asked to think about what they were to say if they knew this would be their last lecture before they died. Then, they give that lecture.

For Dr. Randy Pausch, that was a reality.

He has pancreatic cancer and doesn't have much time to live.
