DNC's Bush/Nixon ad misses the mark

Crooks and Liars has a new ad up on Bush Spying, comparing him to Nixon.

Comparing a Republican to annother Republican is not effective. Make an ad comparing Bush to the comments from prominent Republicans in 1998 about the President not being above the law.
