KSL just teased a story for the 6:00 news tonight on a statement issued by the LDS Church's First Presidency.
"Could it change the future of politics in Utah?"
No, and I'll answer why a little later, after I see their story.
However, the statement read, in part, transcripted by my rusty-trap memory from being read in Sacrament Meeting Suday:
"The platforms of ALL political parties contain precepts of the gospel." (emphasis made by the Bishop).
I transcripted that part better, but left my notebook at the church.
