Next Tuesday, Salt Lake County residents will be voting for a proposition to once again raise sales taxes to pay for "Roads and Rails."
Normally, this is something that I would get behind.
But I'd be dammed if I going to vote for a tax increase that the destination of the monies is unknown.
Will it go to an airport line for TRAX? A Draper Line? Rebuilding 3900 South? or will it go to building Utah County a commuter-rail line?
To many questions, without the answers.
The politicians ask us to trust them. They also have land in Central Tooele County to sell them if you believe them.
