State Capitol Rededication/Fireworks tonight

Today is dedication day for the New Hotness Capitol, which looks and feels like the Old and Busted version, but with 90% less earthquake.

And, the part that I am most excited about comes at 5:15. Usually, when we say there will be fireworks at the Capitol, we're talking about infighting. But tonight, there will literally be fireworks. You know, the Fourth-of-July kind.

Details of the ceremony and open houses next week can be found at the Senate Site.

So - how were they? I was watching from inside. If you haven't already, you should stop by and explore the new building soon. It's magnificent. In fact, any and all Utah Bloggers can stop by the Senate Offices for a personal tour. I'd love to show you around. Call first to make sure I'll be there: 538-1407.
