Who's Filed? -- Federal, Statewide Races 3/8/08

SO, here's a new series I'll post on a regular basis the next 10 days for my readers.  I'll keep you updated on who has filed for various races in Utah.  If they are on this list, they have gone to their county clerk or the Lt Governor's office, filled out the forms, and paid their filing fee.
