Sara Palin on Hilary Clinton

“She does herself a disservice to even mention it, really. When I hear a statement like that coming from a woman candidate with any kind of perceived whine about that excess criticism, or maybe a sharper microscope put on her, I think, ‘Man, that doesn’t do us any good, women in politics, or women in general, trying to progress this country.’ I don’t think it bodes well for her.”

Oh, hypocracy, how I love thee...

Personally, I think everyone should be talking about the issues instead of all this other crap. I think Obama and Biden have done a good job of saying "Family is off-limits." I am infuriated though, that the McCain campaign is making it sound like the Obama campaign is bringing up this other stuff (Palin's daughter, etc). Palin's speech didn't talk about any issues, and was very unpresidential in its mocking tone. Laura couldn't sleep after it she was so mad. Blind partisanship (from both sides) just bugs me.
