I agree with those who wish to keep Christ in Christmas. There are some who would force us to observe X-Mas, Happy Holidays or Season's Greetings. For those of us who still want Nativity scenes, Christmas carols, stars and angels, please let us keep Christ in Christmas.

2) "There are some who would force us to observe X-Mas" First, how is anyone forcing you to celebrate X-mas? Second, let's look at that word. "Christmas" literally means "Christ's Mass." X is an abbreviation of, well, Christ.
In many manuscripts of the New Testament and icons, X is an abbreviation for Christos, as is XC (the first and last letters in Greek, using the lunate sigma); compare IC for Jesus in Greek. The Oxford English Dictionary documents the use of this abbreviation back to 1551, 50 years before the first English colonists arrived in North America and 60 years before the King James Version of the Bible was completed.
Saying you want Christmas and not Xmas is a little like saying you don't want vegetables but you want broccoli.
3) "Happy Holidays or Season's Greetings" If you are so pigheaded as to not want me to have a happy Thanksgiving or New Year, or someone to have a happy winter, then maybe you're a Grinch in sheep's clothing.
Oh, and Christ didn't celebrate Christmas. He celebrated Hanukkah. It's in th Bible.

Sometimes I feel people are negative over things they shouldn't be. If I look around me I see much more good than the pessimism that others experience. I go to the store and see people putting money in the salvation army bin. I have a person who is sending me gifts to wrap and give to this poor family that I tutor -- and I don't think he is a very religious person either -- but religion doesn't equal good and I guess some people don't see the world this way. I just see a lot of people all around me and they may or may not go to church, but I can see they think of others at this time of year and beyond and isn't that what Christ would have wanted.
Cops have often arrested me for singing. However, doing karaoke at 2 am after a few too many will usually land me in the klinker.
