Orrin Hatch wants to raise taxes on the middle class
"the place where you’ve got to get revenues has to come from the middle class. That’s the huge number of people that are there. So the system does need to be revamped."

Well, Hatch is now using economic theory from a French economist that proposed using the poor, in 19th century France, to control the population by fighting wars in foreign lands. France?
