Let's say, just for an example, that President Bush were to visit Florida, and some papers were found near a dumpster detailing every detail of the trip, including exactly who was traveling and exact details on arrival times and who is on board the vehicles, including security personnel.
This would be a major breach of national security, wouldn't it?
