The Do-Nothings

From Utah Democrats:

"Or consider Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-Tenn.), who, in front of the microphones yesterday, quarreled with the Democrats' characterization of this as a 'do-nothing Congress.' Asked for tangible achievements, Frist responded with a 650-word answer that listed only two items that had cleared Congress: the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito and Chief Justice John Roberts. Nothing about immigration, education, abortion, terrorism, health care, Mitt Romney, taxes, FEMA, Capital punishment, guns, election reform, ethics, energy, environment, nuclear weapons, privacy, veterans, etc...
