In Government's handling of their little shindig regarding Devine Strake leaves me with even less confidence that they are being honest about other things.
The official statement regarding the cange in location was that the ESA was "unavailable."
To the best of my knowledge, ESA remained dark Wednesday night.
Anyway, the availability status should have been figured out BEFORE this week...
