Utah Legislature and Accountability

This is in reply to The Third Avenue's "Utah's Legislature: double standard edition."

Basically, he points out that when it comes to funding schools, the legislature is pro-accountability. When it comes to funding quasi-private/religious parks, no accountability needed.

I find in hypocritical of the legislature to want UTA to be self-supporting, but not This is the Place park. BTW, UTA services more people in one day than TITP in a year.

And let's not forget the lack of accountability for RSL.
